The Board of trustees express
their gratefulness to Dr. M. M. Alam, Chairman I.O.S.,
New Delhi who provided his patronage, inspired and persuaded
the Board of trustees to work in educational field and
to start other social welfare schemes. The area is socio
economically backward. For removing the backwardness of
the area and for achieving the aims and objects of Millat
Educational and social welfare trust, the Board of trustees
thought to open and establish an industrial technical
institute as they realised the poverty of thickly populated
people of the area specially Muslims. The Board decided
to train the youth spically Muslims to get employment
in engineering and non engineering industry or sectors,
so that they become earning hand for themselves and their
An Academy upto 10th class named 'Abu Bakar Siddique Academy'
runs under the trust since 1989.
Late Honorable Quzi Mojahidul Islam, Qaziul quzzat, Imarat
Shariah Bihar and Orrisa visited the academy, blessed
the trustees and addressed the people to establish and
to strengthen the educational institutions for removing
the illiteracy and also he explained the importance of
technical education which will help them to get rid of
poverty having employment of their children.
Academy running under this trust, is fortunate to welcome
Honorable Dr. Shakeeel Ahmad, ex-minister of State telecom
Department of India and Honorable minister of State HRD,
Government of India Mr. M.A. Fatmi who expressed their
great pleasure for good functioning of the Academy and
assured for assistance.
